Kerry Rom – “How to Identify Your Unique Strengths”
Monday, February 8, 2010, 7-9 PM
In the Musson Elementary School Gym, 3500 Dutton Rd, Rochester Hills
What would it look like to know what your unique strengths are? This presentation takes a fun and dynamic “hands on” approach to identifying your unique strengths to open up new and exciting challenges. This enables you to become more familiar with you own uniqueness to gain the self-confidence to gravitate toward career opportunities that are fulfilling. This ultimately leads to a happier, more fulfilling life.
First, you will identify your peak experiences, which turn into unique strengths. People have benefited from this program for over 25 years. When an individual connects with their strengths, this gives them purpose and direction, along with the ability to connect with complete confidence who they are and what specifically they are looking for in terms of a career. Now, the individual can successfully articulate their strengths in a resume as well as in the interview.
Those who are passionate and speak from their strengths along with “authentic stories” get job offers!
