Summary: Looking for a detail oriented person to work in our account entry department. Candidate will be responsible for entering data onto the computer, preparing and sorting documents, and interpreting data to be entered. The successful candidate must be able to work well with a team; be efficient, organized, and able to compare data entered with source documents to detect and correct errors.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Excel or similar Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word Processing software.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None required

Other Skills and Abilities: Must be able to type 60 wpm

Work Schedule: Full-time Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm

Salary Range: $11.53 per hour & Medical/Dental/Vision/Paid Time Off/ 401K
