 Here are the brief descriptions:
Quality Manager:  Plans and directs improvement activities concerned with development, application and maintenance of quality standards for aerospace processes, materials, products, and suppliers.
·          Develops a quality system including control plans and traceability.
·          Designs, develops and maintains forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.  Compiles quality data, establishes regular communication of data, and facilitates actions plans to drive continuous improvement of Quality, Cost, and Delivery.
·          Establishes program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement and analytical equipment and facilities.
·          Coach fellow employees engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality and liability.
·          Compiles and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities.  Manages internal auditing teams.
·          Manages audits from outside customers and regulatory agencies on Quality and Standards.
·          Assists in disposition of discrepant material and works with engineering, work groups and suppliers to determine root cause, cost, corrective/prevention action and responsibility.
 Quality Technical Coordinator: The Quality Technical Coordinator – Electrical is responsible for the development, review, and implementation of company policy, procedure, plans, and work instruction. He/she will interview, train, and provide guidance to business unit managers and their subordinates in order to gather the necessary information to develop, improve and enforce the required QMS documentation. He/she will assess the compliance of QMS documentation with the ISO 9001:2000 International Standard, statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements
·          Communicate with executive and management personnel, general workforce and also communicate with regulatory bodies, customer representatives and other agencies for compliance. The emphasis on this position is for electrical subject matter expertise.
·          Responsible for inspection and auditing of shipyard electrical fabrication work and for development of electrical inspection test plans required to meet contractual requirements. He/she will conduct audits and validation of work and document results, will be required to interact frequently with regulatory bodies and customer during review of work and is responsible for issuing internal corrective action requests to all business units and personnel.
·          Responsible for evaluating corrective measures for implementation and effectiveness and must evaluate requests for corrective action from all personnel, interpret internal audit results, and work with a team to conduct root cause analysis of deficiencies. He/she is responsible for the scheduling, planning, execution, and documentation of internal audits and for reporting the results of internal audits.
·         5-7 years experience in the shipbuilding and/or manufacturing Electrical field.
QA Inspector (Aerospace):  Looking for an aerospace inspector to sell off assembly tooling. I would like them to a min. of three years’ experience. The job would require internal and customer buy offs of aerospace tooling. It may require some travel. The person should have Catia V5 and the ability to read 2D drawings. Also basic computer skills PPT, Word and excel is a plus
