Position:- Business Analyst (Job Id: 5244) 
Location:- Melrose Park, IL 
Duration:- 5 Months + 
Rate:- $43/hr on W2 

Note:- 
* Candidate must be US Citizen/GC Holder/EAD/Canadian Citizen only. 
* E-Verification required. 
* Background Check required. 
* Drug Test required. 
* Occasional Overtime required. 
* Occasional Travel required. 

Mandatory Skills:- 
* Bachelors Degree with at least 2 years experience in software development BA and leadership roles. 
* Business Analyst experience for custom software development and deployment.
* Experience utilizing software development methodologies and templates (e.g. Business and Functional Requirements, Use Cases, Design Documents) from previous project(s).
* Must have experience with at least 2 full software development cycles (concept to deployment). 

Secondary Skills:- 
* BA experience with custom Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software development and deployment a plus.
* Functional Engineering Experience or BA experience in an automotive or heavy industrial environment is preferred.
* Siemens Teamcenter experience a plus.
* Previous project management experience a definite plus.
* Experience with managing business change, conducting and developing end user training, establishing adoption metrics, and developing rollout and deployment plans a plus.

Duties:- 
* Develop, at all levels of complexity, specifications for the assigned systems and/or functions requested by user community.
* Ensure high-quality, proper, and consistent documentation of solution requirements.
* Maintain an excellent understanding and familiarity of the technical environment.
* Estimate, commit, and deliver on project deliverables.
* Lead the planning, prioritization, and implementation of assigned systems and/or features requested by user community including the assignment and tracking of tasks.
* Provide analytic and problem solving skills by synthesizing data, recommending solutions, and/or guiding the implementation of solutions.
* Review solutions recommendations of others, conduct post-implementation analysis, and provide solution(s).
