Free Diabetes Care and Support

The Henry Ford Endocrinology, Diabetes Department offers a free diabetes care support clinic for the uninsured from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. Mondays and Fridays at the health clinic of Henry Ford Macomb Hospital – Warren Campus.   Diabetes specialists provide free care and support for uninsured persons 18 years and older in Macomb County. Free telephone support, education, diabetes-related lab tests, and meal planning are provided, as well as low- cost medication.   Eligible patients must be a U.S. citizen, a Macomb resident or a patient discharged from Henry Ford Macomb Hospital – Warren Campus, be uninsured, have diabetes, and be 18 years or older.
