Interior Trim Technician
Interior Trim Technician for Cut and Sew trim supplier. You will create new pattern cutter paths in Gerber Accumark or digitize existing patterns. You will setup and operate GerberCutter to produce interior trim components. You must be capable of downloading patterns, nest fabrics, change bits/tools, select cutter blades, and operate machine. You must be proficient in creating patterns in Gerber software and create cutter paths. Must have 5yrs+ experience in Cut and Sew trim manufacturing. Position available with a machining organization that produces complex parts: gears, shafts, and other precision components. Experience with programming these types of components is a must. Additional requirements include Understanding GD&T; Familiar with PPAP requirements; Experienced with MCOSMOS coordinate measurement software; Capability of programming from prints and CAD files; Able to perform capability studies; Understanding of gear geometry.
