Controller
We are an American manufacturer in the automotive industry seeking a highly motivated individual to join our corporate office in Southeastern Michigan as a Controller.
The Controller reports to the CFO and is primarily responsible for the cash management and treasury function of the organization, month end closing in a standard cost environment, as well as supervising and directing the activities of the accounting team.
Well-qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Controller in the manufacturing industry, with demonstrated success/knowledge in the following:
- Managing the bank relationship
- Forecasting and budgeting
- Financial statements
- Managing audits
Additional qualifications include exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills, outstanding communication skills, and previous supervisory experience.
