Position Description:
Drive Quality ¿ Represent Sync team at Daily Vehicle Quality Reviews ¿ Manage Balanced Single Agenda for Quality (BSAQ) projects and update system with status regularly. ¿ Lead Analytical Warranty System (AWS) and Early Claims Binning (ECB) claims analysis. ¿ Update form 4 regularly ¿ Support weekly Electrical VRT Meetings ¿ Support Chiefs quality meeting on a weekly basis and Functional Quality Review (FQR) meetings as required. ¿ Liaison for EESE Sync Quality Team with Product Specialist/plant personnel Support Build/ Launch & Drive Resolution ¿ Support assembly plant breadboard and Pre-build End-of-Line (EOL) evaluations ¿ Drive build issue resolution with EESE team/Assembly Plant personnel/ supplier ¿ Support Launch Management Reviews Lead part sign off prior to build and Support Launch Build meetings ¿ Assist troubleshooting vehicles that fail in-plant testing and Conduct Sync system anomaly/functional testing * Support Meeting & Training ¿ Support training classes for plant personnel

Skills Required:
Standard quality operating system tool experience (warranty, glidepaths) Effective communication and Presentation skills required as well as the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
