Home Healthcare Office Manager
Cura Home Healthcare is a growing Home Healthcare organization specializing in Private Duty home care. Because of our tremendous growth, we are looking to expand our team by adding a Business Office Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to take their career to the next level.
The Business Office Manager will:
- Manage agency activities including but not limited to – supervision of support staff and functions, billing, staffing, records, filing and case administration
- Assist the Agency Director in educating and training of the agency staff and serve as supervisor to non-clinical staff
Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in Private Duty Home Care industry
- Industry referral contacts and advanced knowledge of the private duty home care industry a must.
- Three (3) years supervisory experience
- Associates degree in Health Care Administration or similar
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
