Jobs club

by KHouseman on October 29, 2013
The third month of the fall season, we have another Jobs Club workshop on November 2nd.  This workshop is something I believe we can all use.
If anyone has a problem with stress, you need to attend this event.
Kerry Rom, career coach and CEO of “Rom Career Services” is coming to the Jobs Club to do her presentation on MANAGING STRESS: STEPS TO RECOVERY.
When searching for a job, being in career transition, running a business, dealing with everyday routines, or going through everyday life, we experience stress.  Kerry’s presentation will take an interactive approach to learn how to identify and manage stress better each day.
In this workshop, you will learn how to begin to:
·         Identifying all stress responses
·         Physical, emotional and behavioral costs of stress
·         Managing three factors to get control of your stress
·         Problem solving and indentifying solutions
·         The 12 strategies on how to overcome stress
Kerry is a great speaker and she’s real good when speaking on stress management.
This is a FREE event.  Everyone is welcome to come and participate.
Jobs Club will be held at:
Renaissance Unity
11200 E. 11 Mile Road, Room 312
Warren, MI 48089
10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Also, there are some data entry position openings at “Iron Mountain” if anyone is interested.  We’ll be discussing that at the Jobs Club as well. Attached is another flyer of the Jobs Club event if you like to share with others.  They are welcome to come and participate as well.
I hope you can make it.
