Lease End Customer Service

Nature and Scope
This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service with an emphasis on Vehicle Sales. In this position, the Sales and Service Representative demonstrates exceptional service by utilizing brand enthusiasm and empathy with lease end customers and dealers. High degree of phone work required.
Essential Duties
- Provide exceptional service utilizing effective conversation skills
- Assist customers in arranging off-lease vehicle purchases
- Offer Vehicle Protection Plans to customers interested in purchasing their off-lease vehicle
- Explain to customers the vehicle inspection and turn-in process
- Meet all customer & dealer promises as it relates to follow-up on lease-end issues & sales related activities
- Encourage payment of off-lease invoices
- Stay abreast of basic product information on Brand products
- Present end of term options to customers in a persuasive way to optimize vehicle disposition
- Assist dealers with online website, customer concerns, and vehicle payoffs
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Excellent diction, articulation, negotiation, persuasion, and listening skills
- Ability to convey high level of confidence and credibility on the telephone
- High degree of customer and dealer advocacy and concern for customer and dealer satisfaction
- Ability to function well in a high paced, team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Work & Excel
- High School Degree or GED
- Desired Bachelor Degree
Desired Skills
- 1-2 years demonstrated experience in an automotive call center or related financial services call center
- Familiarity with automotive retail & lease financing
