Two Macomb County Organizations helping those in need with Medical Assistance and Prescription Assistance:

Need being:

• Underinsured
• NO Insurance
• Insurance but no means to pay for either service
• PRN requires the total monthly household income to be $1,800 or less!

“It is with compassion, respect and dignity that PRN works in cooperation with healthcare providers, offering its services to improve health, avoid economic crisis, promote self care,  and increase productivity.  Their mission is to obtain needed medication through Patient Assistance Programs of major pharmaceutical companies.  Location is:  43421 Garfield, Garfield Building #3, Suite #200, Clinton Twp., MI  48038

2.     Neighbors Caring for Neighbors Clinic

Sponsored by Henry Ford Health System, Henry Ford Macomb Hospitals   Care is provided FREE or at a low cost. All clinic prefer appointments.  Walk-ins accepted during the first 3 hours only for urgent problems! Services Provided:

• Treatment for acute illnesses such as colds, ear infections, bronchitis, and rashes.
• Treatment for chronic illnesses such as high blood pressure and diabetes. Employment and School Physicals
• Referral to other services
