Job Requirements: To perform this job successful, an individual must be highly motivated, capable, self started, and able to demonstrate successful performance with independent problem solving, presentations, leadership, and multitasking within and across departments to meet changing deadlines. At least 6 years experience and a PMP certification is a plus.
Job Description: The Program/Project Manager will be expected to work closely with customers, distributors, and sales to determine customer needs and to develop innovative solutions accordingly. Project/Program Manager must be a leader, capable of directing and motivating cross functional teams to accomplish all planned activities from design to full commissioning. The Project/Program Manager will be responsible to meet or exceed the goals to deliver projects; on budget, on time, and to a quality standard to meet the high levels of customer satisfaction.
