To coordinate order administration, including shipping and invoicing of BSG project items.  As well as to provide the BSG project execution team administrative expertise and support in the areas of Robot Tracking Sheet (RTS) development/maintenance, contract review, Project Tracking System (PTS) data base implementation/updates, and financial updates.
Order Administration Functions:
•             Entry of requisitions into customer’s ordering database
•             Monitoring of open requisitions status
•             logging and tracking of new purchase orders and POA’s into the RTS and OTS Assignment of purchase order in the RTS sheet
•             Scheduling and shipper generation for material to be shipped per the RTS and confirmed production schedule
•             Invoicing on projects via the RTS invoice upload function
•             Management of invoice packet creation and proof of deliveries required
BaaN Data Entry and Maintenance
•             Revenue Installments
•             Invoice Installments
BSG Robot Tracking Sheet (RTS)
•             Maintenance of the RTS required for accurate financial information
•             RTS data analysis required by BSG customers or Project Managers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong multi-tasking abilities
Excellent analytical and PC skills.
Efficient at using MS Excel, MS Word, BaaN, etc. Advanced MS Excel programming knowledge and abilities. Ability to enter and manage orders in ERP system (BaaN)
Ability to work effectively across functional areas; must have outstanding listening and feedback
•skills which possesses a high degree of tact.
High level of personal initiative; ability to work well independently.
•Manages many tasks simultaneously, very well organized
•Works efficiently in a team environment and cooperate with other representatives/employees
•Detail orientated
Associate  degree in business or engineering discipline, Bachelor preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
•Experience in a material management and/or order execution capacity desired.
•Minimum two years in administrative support roles.
