IMPACT Management Services is seeking 30 Project Managers to lead on a once in a lifetime project. This unique and

exciting opportunity is launching this month and we want to hear from you!

Experience Summary:

Ideal candidates will have experience with the following: Finance/accounting, business analysis, project management,

process improvement, process flow mapping, analytical change management, and reporting & tracking. Previous

experience working on initiatives driven by turn-around, business expansion and/or regulatory drivers is a plus.

Primary Functions

· Analyzing operational metrics to identify operational issues

· Build budgets/execute on the budget

· Benchmarking analysis of data

· Build process flow mapping models

· Compare current practices versus benchmarking/best practices

· Ensuring that operations are aligned to meet goals

· Build metrics for reporting and tracking / monitoring and identify for trends

· Providing proactive and timely communication

Qualifications & Experience:

· Must have strong Financial and Accounting understanding and experience

· 5+ years progressive work experience

· Strong relationship skills and demonstrated networking ability with peer-level colleagues

· Experience with project management tools and methodologies, and strong process and data analysis skills

· Bachelors Degree Required

· CPA, CMA or PMP certification preferred

· Strong conceptual, analytical, critical thinking, and execution skills

· Fresh-thinking, innovative style; creative insights and approaches to solving problems

· Must be an effective leader and results-driven; able to deal with multiple constraints while achieving high quality results
