Primary function will be to interface with the customer and manage subcontractors to efficiently and effectively complete the project on time, ahead of schedule and with a satisfied customer. Strong communications skills are required as this individual will have interaction with subcontractors and facility owners.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate, plan and schedule project implementation and financial plans.
• Track and manage project plans and schedules and manage multiple projects across multiple locations simultaneously
• Plan, schedule and coordinate the activities of electrical, mechanical and other subcontractors.
• Drive processes with knowledge of labor laws, construction contracts, construction administration, and be familiar with construction dispute resolution processes.
• Manage contract documents written scope of work to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Anticipate, recognize, and negotiate changes from documentation scope of work to insure customer satisfaction.
• Be responsible for written and verbal communications, along with keeping a very organized work and documentation flow process.
• Provide written costs estimates, supporting narrative justifications, and proposals as necessary

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Electronics, Construction Management or 5 years experience in related Industry.
• 5 years commercial experience in either of the following areas: HVAC, DDC, Fire & Security or Mechanical Contracting
• 5 years experience with construction drawings and specification requirements in a commercial environment

Additional Qualifications:
• Experience in planning, and scheduling project implementation and financial plans
• Experience in tracking and planning project plan and schedule
• Experience in driving processes with knowledge of labor laws, construction contracts, construction administration and construction dispute resolution processes
• Experience in managing contract documents’ written scope of work to ensure customer satisfaction
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Experience providing written cost estimates, supporting narrative justifications and proposals
• Experience driving multiple projects to completion simultaneously , across multiple location
• 5 years experience with Microsoft Excel and Project in a business setting
