Familiarity with MIL standard testing? It’s not critical, if they have good process experience, but it would reduce the learning curve.

Scope:

· Audit current test plans and reports for open programs and identify gaps

· Develop new macro level test plan and compliance matrix

• Part of this is understanding of appropriate testing scope for bench prototype early customer development and full development cycle because we have both

· Sit one on one with engineering leads for various programs and write detail test plans (to mentor them)

· Sit one on one with engineering technician to mentor on good test procedures, adequate documentation, controls, etc.

• Includes data reporting

· Sit one on one with project lead to do final analysis
