This is a contract to HIRE with great long term growth potential

Aernnova Technical Services, A division of Aernnova Engineering is looking for talented recruiters with STRONG engineering experience in the Aerospace, Military, Defense and Automotive Markets to join our team.

You will be in a great position as you represent our customer as well as work with Aernnova to fulfill a dramic ramp up (over 50 openings).

The Recruiter is responsible for attracting and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates, interviewing, screening, reviewing resumes, checking references in order to fill job orders and meet client demand. Working in conjunction with the Human Resources, Engineering Managers, Hiring Managers and other Engineers. The individual responsibilities will focus on recruiting and fulfilling orders for professional/technical positions.

Responsibilities potentially include but are not limited to working with the hiring managers to understand customer hiring processes, procedures and policies. In addition, they will be held accountable for meeting and exceeding on-time delivery service level agreements for their customer(s). Their success will be highly impacted by their ability to develop working relationships with peers, managers and clients. They must understand the importance of being a true team player.

Required Qualifications Include:

· 3-5 years recruiting, staffing in both the contract and direct hire arenas.

· Industry Experience a MUST.

· Meet and exceed all financial objectives and comply with all operating metrics.

· Demonstrated experience in screening, hiring, orienting, assigning and managing temporary employees.

Must also be able to market candidates to hiring managers and negotiate salary rates.

· Excellent written and oral communication, negotiation, interpersonal and decision making skills are required.

Individual must be able to function independently/autonomously yet know when to get management involved.

· Must be innovative in their approach.

· Attention to detail – with the ability to multi-task, use sound judgment and prioritize are necessary.

· Strong problem solving and decision making skills required.

· Must have proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

· Knowledge of basic HR Requirements.

· Excellent computer skills to include: Microsoft Office Suite, Data Base searches, E-mail and Internet processes.

– MUST be comfortable utilizing all the current Social Media recruiting technique

We are looking for an innovative person that is focused on results and has a can-do attitude. Must be able to demonstrate past success while working with very little supervision.

This position will be located in the Plymouth MI area, but there will some opportunity for telecommute.
